The aim of this research was to internally review and evaluate current and past policy, practice and issues in the victims’ field, in order to assist with mapping the way forward. Individual interviews were conducted with Chief Executives (CEOs) and focus group discussions were carried out with field-workers to obtain information, views and opinions on a range of issues. The findings from this research focus upon the various issues that impact or influence the work within the victims’ field.
